• Rural municipality located in the State of Mexico, 43 miles northwest of Mexico City.

 

• Approximately 6,810 people live in extreme poverty. 

 

• Approximately 2,910 homes lack sewer system, 2,960 lack lavatories of any kind, 1,060 have no flooring and 1,115 do not have running water.

 

• ATM's current project involves the self-construction of 50 single-family dwellings of 44.75 m2 (482 sqft) each.

 

• Each dwelling includes electricity, water, sewer and bio-digestive treatment equipment installations.

 

• Every $3,550 in donations allows a family to fulfill its dream of owning a solidly-built, safe and sanitary home. 

 

• Every $100 in donations contributes 56 blocks towards the construction of a single family home.
